• We avoid sensationalism — selection is based on clinical relevance and governance significance, not novelty alone.

Use of AI Tools in Drafting

• AI may assist with language tightening and structural clarity, but final editorial judgment remains human-led.
• We reduce hallucination risk by anchoring all summaries to source content and linking directly to originals.
• No patient-identifiable information (PHI) is published. Any clinical vignettes are de-identified and for educational purposes only.
